Set up email on your domain

Create mailboxes and fix common email problems.

Open cPanel from the dashboard and choose Email Accounts to create a mailbox. Your plan states how many you can have.
Your domain's DNS must point to Hartwell for mail to arrive here.
Use the mail settings shown in cPanel for your mail app.
If mail stops, check that your disk is not full and your account is not suspended.

Never share your password, a bot token, a private key or card details with anyone, including Hartwell staff.
