Cancellation and data retention (summary)

When a service is cancelled, or an invoice stays unpaid past its grace period, the service is suspended and its data is kept for 7 days. Paying the outstanding invoice within that time restores the service automatically. After that time the service and its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We email you before this happens.

This summary is the intended policy and is subject to the final Terms of Service.
